Seize The Day

This picture was taken earlier this month on the Singing Hills trail near the Liberty Lakes neighborhood in Wauconda. I ride this trail fairly often, as it is a great alternative to riding on busy Gilmer Road.

I have not been able to ride for a couple weeks due to being caught up with work and such, this snapshot is from my last ride, but looking at it again, I could not have gotten a better sunset. The beams of light coming through the dark clouds paints a great picture. It was like a reward for making the most of the great day.

Whether things are going your way or not in life, be sure to seize each day you are given. You never know the kind of impact you can make.

Ryan, this is a beautiful picture. Singing Hills is right by my house. But what I love the most is your beautiful perspective. Great to see you embracing life and purposefully encouraging others along the way. God bless you in all you do. Sincerely, Tammy Chapman

Thank you, Tammy. I try to ride the bike all around Lake County when I can, but those trails are definitely my favorite. I’m glad you enjoy the perspective just as much as the photo. It’s my goal in life to help others as often as I possibly can. Still trying to figure out a career that would be more fulfilling in that area, but I’m sure God will open the door when He feels like I’m ready. Hope all is well with you and your family.
